Michelle Obama Attends Beyoncé’s Atlantic City Show
The First Lady of the United States attends Beyoncé’s sell-out concert in Atlantic City!!! Michelle Obama takes the kids out to watch an incredible performer, that’s awesome… When’s the last time a First Lady just decided to go to a Beyoncé concert? The Obama’s show you once more, they are the coolest First Family in history.
Beyoncé continued her round of concerts in Atlantic City Saturday (May 26), and had a very special guest among the crowd: Michelle Obama. Mrs. Obama and her daughters, Sasha and Malia, were three of the more than 5,000 people who traveled to the Revel Resort & Casino, for the show, which featured a tribute to Whitney Houston.

Obama recently raved about Bey’s singing talents, telling People Magazine, that she wishes to be like to multi-Grammy-winning star. “Gosh. If I had some gift, I’d be Beyoncé,” she said. “I’d be some great singer.”
For her first return to the stage since giving birth to Blue Ivy, the 30-year-old treated the audience to an emotional performance of the song “Resentment,” off her 2006 B’Day release, and spoke on dropping baby weight. “Y’all don’t know how hard I had to work,” she told the crowd. “I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on the treadmill, eating lettuce.”
Her set list also included renditions of Lauryn Hill’s “X-Factor,” and her own hits “1+1,” “Love on Top,” and “Crazy In Love.”
Following her kick-off show Friday (May 26) night, Jay-Z took to twitter to crown his wife “the best performer in the world.”
The new mom will continue her show through Monday.
